Pavement Removal on Sanford, Canterbury, and Woodmere

Last week, Arrow Road completed asphalt pavement removal along Woodmere Lane, Canterbury Lane, and Sanford Lane.  

We anticipated the roadway to be paved mid to late next week, the week of July 29th. The actual timing of the asphalt paving will depend on the amount of repairs needed to be performed once the asphalt pavement is removed.

Concrete Curb & Gutter Completed on Canterbury, Sanford, and Woodmere.

Last week, D’Land Construction completed the concrete curb & gutter replacements on the west side of Canterbury Lane and Sanford Lane and installed the concrete curb & gutter around the island in the cul-de-sac on Woodmere Lane.

The roadway resurfacing is of Canterbury Lane, Sanford Lane, and Woodmere Lane is anticipated to begin in the near future. Residents will be notified prior to any work beginning.

Curb & Gutter Replacement on West Side of Canterbury and Sanford

Last week, D’Land Construction completed the concrete curb & gutter replacements on the east side of Canterbury Lane and Sanford Lane.

Next week, D’Land construction will be removing and replacing the concrete curb and gutter on the west side of Canterbury Lane and Sanford Lane. A letter will be delivered to all the residents along these streets giving instructions regarding parking restrictions and use of driveways prior to the work starting. We ask for your cooperation in following these directions to allow the construction operations to go as smoothly and quickly as possible.

A separate contractor will be on-site during the beginning of the week to install an internal liner in the sanitary sewers along Sanfor Lane.

Concrete Curb & Gutter Replacements on Sanford Lane & Canterbury Lane

Last week, DeVinci Construction performed structure adjustments at the intersection of Central Road and Shermer Road.  Arrow Road Construction completed paving at the intersection of Central Road and Shermer Road, Long Valley Road, Ardmore Avenue, and at the intersection of Patriot Boulevard and Navy Boulevard.

This week, D’Land construction will be removing and replacing the concrete curb and gutter on the east side of Canterbury Lane and Sanford Lane. A letter was delivered to all the residents along these streets giving instructions regarding parking restrictions and use of driveways. We ask for your cooperation in following these directions to allow the construction operations to go as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Re-marking of the pavement striping is also anticipated to be completed this week.
